Refund Policy

At POD Coach, we work hard to provide valuable training, resources, and services. Because many of our offers include digital products, instant-access materials, coaching, or custom work, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated.

1. Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, downloads, templates, courses, workshops, guides, and other digital materials, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

2. Memberships

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once billed. If you cancel your membership, your cancellation will stop future renewals, but past charges are not typically refunded.

You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue your membership.

3. Coaching and Services

Coaching sessions, consulting, store builds, done-for-you services, and other service-based offers are non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or delivery has begun.

If a service includes a specific written agreement or scope of work, that agreement may include additional terms that apply to that service.

4. Custom or Personalized Work

Any custom, personalized, or made-for-you work is non-refundable once the project has begun, since time and labor are committed specifically to your request.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund request made outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us first before filing a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
