Because many Print On Demand Coach products and services include immediate access to digital content, community areas, software tools, downloads, recordings, training materials, or strategy, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, recordings, templates, and training access, we do not generally offer refunds after access has been granted.
Memberships
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started and access has been provided. You may cancel future recurring billing where applicable, but cancellation does not typically create a refund for prior charges.
Coaching and Services
Coaching calls, consulting, implementation work, store builds, and other service-based offers may have their own specific terms. If a specific offer includes special refund terms, those terms control for that offer.
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
