The Goal

Launch, grow & scale a brand new Shopify t-shirt store over the next 12 months and update you every week with what I did, what worked, what didn't work and what I'm doing next. At the end of 12 to 18 months I have the option to sell the store.

The Process

Build It

This phase is a big one. There's so many steps necessary before even opening the store. I'll be figuring out the niche, researching, designing using AI, making mockups, using Printify for fulfillment and then opening up the actual store and making it "pretty".

Grow It

If you build they WON'T come. This is where I deploy my 17 years paid ads experience to run ads to the store. I'll also be going after free traffic too but the bulk of the growth phase will be relying on paid traffic from multiple platforms.

Sell It

Once I get my t-shirt store profitable, my main goal will be achieved. However there is a secondary goal too. I might sell the store after 12 to 18 months for a nice influx of cash at this point. I say optional because the store might be something I just keep too.

Why Not Just Keep It To Yourself?

Can't I Just Learn All This On Youtube For Free?

Yes you can. But you can't be a part of a community of like minded individuals in the comment section on Youtube videos. You also can't really get access to someone with as much success, experience and ability to teach as me. Typically a big Youtube channel will have someone who got lucky once then decided to start trying to teach it. I've been around forever though and survived several failed attempts along with succeeding a bunch of times too. Plus no one shows you their actual store and all the numbers behind the scenes. You only see the big gross revenue screenshots on Youtube. You never see the real net profits.

What If You Fail?

There is a chance I could put this all together and absolutely fail. However the real question, (and a much better one to ask), is "What if I succeed?"
